The two account-setup routes are ready for review. I’ve explained the tradeoff beside each one. The next decision is which direction to develop in the prototype.

Two clearer routes through account setup
I’m shaping the first steps so a business customer can see what is needed now and what comes later.

Welcome
aboard
Welcome to your Product Clarity Sprint workspace. Let’s start with what matters to your team.

From the first conversation
A thoughtful start
A shared direction
Your product has enough moving parts. The engagement should make it easier to understand what happens next, who is involved, and what needs your attention.
Conversation
We begin with your product, what feels stuck, and what a useful next step would look like.
Agreement
Before work begins, we confirm the scope, cost, and deliverables.
Private access
Once we’ve agreed on the engagement, you’ll receive an email invitation to your project space and six questions about your priorities and working preferences.
Active work
Your project space keeps current work, the next action, and my updates together as the work moves forward.
Review
I share each version with an explanation of the decisions behind it and a place for your feedback.
Handoff
We gather the agreed files and notes, then confirm what has been delivered and how project access should be handled.
Let’s find the right starting point
For a transformation or fractional role, we discuss fit, scope, and working arrangements before preparing your project space.

Before we begin
A few useful
things to know
Will I work directly with you?
Yes. I stay close to the product and the decisions behind the work. We agree on my involvement, your team’s responsibilities, and a working rhythm that fits the engagement.
What happens after I commit?
For a defined service, you’ll receive access instructions once payment is confirmed. For custom work, we’ll agree on the scope and payment arrangement first. Then you’ll answer six focused questions in your private project space to help us establish a starting point and decide what comes next.
Can my colleagues take part?
We agree on who needs access and what each person needs to do. Project roles determine who can view, contribute, or approve, so everyone has the access they need.
How do feedback and changes work?
Feedback stays beside the version being reviewed. An assigned approver can request a revision or approve that version. If a request changes the agreed scope, we discuss its effect on timing and cost before proceeding.
What if the work is sensitive?
Start with a high-level description. Let me know about any confidentiality or procurement requirements before sharing sensitive material, so we can establish the appropriate arrangement. Non-public information shared for an engagement is treated as confidential under the agreed terms.
What happens when the engagement finishes?
We confirm the agreed deliverables, the context needed to use them, and any remaining responsibilities. Portal access and ongoing support follow your engagement’s terms, and we’ll make those arrangements clear at handoff.
A good place to start
What needs to
become clearer?
Tell me about the situation.
A high-level description is enough for our first conversation.
