Refund Policy

1. Start with the offer

A proposal, statement of work, booking page, or product description may contain cancellation or refund terms specific to that purchase. Those specific terms take priority over this general policy. Your mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this policy.

2. Initial installments and reserved capacity

An initial installment may be required before an engagement is scheduled or begins. It is credited toward the total engagement fee and secures the production capacity agreed with the client. A start date is not confirmed until the applicable agreement is signed and the required payment has cleared.

If the client cancels, HBCorp LTD may apply the initial installment to work already performed, onboarding and preparation completed, approved non-recoverable costs, and capacity reserved, as described in the applicable proposal or agreement. Any refundable balance remaining after those amounts is returned to the original payment method.

3. After work begins

If the client cancels after work has begun, completed work, preparation, approved non-recoverable costs, and any applicable cancellation amount stated in the engagement agreement will be charged. Any remaining prepaid amount that is refundable under that agreement will be returned. Delivered work remains subject to the payment and intellectual-property terms of the engagement.

4. Scheduled sessions

Please request a reschedule or cancellation at least 48 hours before a booked workshop, consultation, or review. Late cancellations and missed sessions may be charged to reflect time reserved and preparation already completed. Where possible, a reasonable request to reschedule will be offered before a charge is retained.

5. Consumer withdrawal rights

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Where a consumer has a statutory withdrawal period and expressly asks for services to begin before it expires, the consumer may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services supplied before withdrawal. If a service has been fully performed after the consumer’s prior express request and acknowledgement, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply where permitted by law.

6. Digital products

If a digital product is defective, materially different from its description, or cannot be accessed, contact us so the issue can be corrected or a refund provided. For immediately supplied downloads or digital content, cancellation rights may end after access begins where you expressly agree and applicable law permits it.

7. How to request a refund

Email hristo@hristobutsev.com with the email used at checkout, the purchase date, and a short explanation. Do not send card details. Requests are normally acknowledged within five business days.

8. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank or card issuer controls when the credit appears, so it may take several additional business days after processing.

9. Questions
