1. About these terms

These Terms of Service apply when you use this website, engage HBCorp LTD for professional services delivered by Hristo Butsev, or purchase an offering through a payment link made available on this website. By signing an agreement, paying an invoice, or making a purchase, you agree to the terms shown with the offer and to these terms.

2. Services and scope

Services may include product direction, product design, design leadership, workshops, reviews, advisory work, and related digital deliverables. The specific scope, timing, price, dependencies, and deliverables are described on the relevant offer page, proposal, statement of work, or payment page. If those terms conflict with this page, the terms specific to the purchase take priority.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency stated at checkout. Any applicable taxes are shown or handled as required by law. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; this website does not receive or store your complete card details.

Unless the offer or signed agreement states otherwise, an initial installment is due before work begins. It is credited toward the total engagement fee and secures the agreed production capacity. Work, delivery dates, and reserved start dates are not confirmed until the agreement is signed and Stripe records the required payment as paid. Larger engagements may use additional milestone payments stated in the applicable proposal or statement of work.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information, supply materials and feedback reasonably needed for the work, and ensure that anything you provide can lawfully be used for the agreed purpose. Delays in providing access, content, or decisions may affect delivery dates.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy and any engagement-specific agreement. Initial installments may be applied to work performed, preparation, approved non-recoverable costs, and production capacity reserved for the client. Any mandatory consumer rights that apply remain unaffected.

6. Intellectual property

Each party keeps ownership of materials, methods, tools, and intellectual property it owned before the engagement. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, rights in final paid-for client deliverables transfer only after full payment. Working files, unused concepts, reusable methods, templates, and general know-how remain the property of their original owner.

Website content, branding, case studies, text, and visuals may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without written permission, except where permitted by law.

7. Confidentiality

Non-public information shared for an engagement will be treated as confidential and used only to provide the agreed services, except where disclosure is required by law or the information is already public through no breach of confidence.

8. Availability and warranties

Reasonable care and professional skill will be used in providing paid services. The website is otherwise provided on an “as available” basis. No particular commercial, financial, or product outcome is guaranteed, and you remain responsible for decisions made using the work.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from a paid engagement will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, and neither party will be liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Changes and governing rules

These terms may be updated for future use of the website or future purchases. The version accepted when you buy remains applicable to that purchase. These terms are governed by Bulgarian law and, subject to mandatory consumer protections, disputes are submitted to the competent Bulgarian courts. Mandatory protections under the laws of a consumer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
